For many of us, January is a month filled with intentions of new beginnings and fresh starts, and this service invites us to think about the role of ritual as a support structure for our intentions, resolutions, and practices of resistance. This January in particular, we may be contemplating the need for spiritual support as we navigate the challenges 2026 is likely to bring. In this service, Rev. Esther will offer a homily on the nature of ritual and spiritual practice and will invite the congregation to take part in several small, interactive ritual stations. This service is intended to be accessible to and fun for folks of all ages, so it’s a good Sunday to bring the whole family along, or to invite your friends who may be curious about Unitarian Universalism!
