Our spiritual tradition is rooted in the practice of sanctuary. This lay-led service will ask you to consider what sanctuary means today. Member Paul Johnston will share how his encounters with refugees, and the people caring for them, dramatically renewed his faith in the human spirit. Rather than dwell on the cruelties that fill our news, you’ll be invited to focus on the value of that same loving spirit within our Fellowship. Lastly, you’ll be given a practical opportunity to radiate that love out beyond our walls and into the greater community.
