The Birdcage

Dinner 5:30 pm * Movie 6:30 pm

Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Santa Cruz County

A Film to Table Benefit on Saturday, March 28 with the Mike Nichols’ directed film The Birdcage (1996), adapted from the 1973 French farce La Cage aux Folles, which still resonates with its themes of gender, personal authenticity, family love and political hypocrisy– and the great comedians Robin Williams and Nathan Lane in their prime. A film that brims with intelligence, grace and a lot of humor.
