As a\u00a0community, we seek to grow and to enrich our own lives and the lives of those around us. To do so, we must R.E.A.C.H. together for a common purpose. In this spirit , as member of this fellowship, we covenant with one another to R.E.A.C.H., to bring our higher selves to this community.<\/p>\n<p>I promise to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPECT<\/strong> others. I recognize the worth of all people. I will show others that I value and appreciate them and their ideas though my words and actions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EMPATHIZE<\/strong> with others. To slow down, listen attentively and openly, and allow for expression of feelings. I will let others know they were heard and respond with understanding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACCEPT<\/strong> the rights of others to express opinions and to encourage actions that may differ from my own. I will imagine how they have arrived at their point of view.
